Service Description
Thirty uninterrupted minutes to say what you’ve been holding without judgment or worrying about how anybody else feels about it. Vent. Be mad. Cry. Talk it through. And if you’re ready to sort through what’s underneath it, we’ll do that too. This time is yours.
Cancellation Policy
Payment: Full payment is required at booking to reserve your session. Cancellations + Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is provided. Late sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time. After 10 minutes without communication, the appointment may be considered a no-show. No-Shows: No-shows are non-refundable and the session cannot be transferred or rescheduled. Packages: Package purchases are non-refundable once the first session has been used. 4-session packages must be completed within 8 weeks and 8-session packages within 16 weeks. Unused sessions have no cash value, and rescheduling does not extend the package expiration date. Refunds: Completed sessions, late cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable.
